This is in regard to the Hobby Lobby in Marion, IN. This has been going on since it has reopened. These are two reasons if I had another store to go to with the products I need I would go there instead of Hobby Lobby in Marion. Reason #1 when I am shopping the staff stocking the isles are ALWAYS loud, laughing. That is great for a social event but I am there planning a craft and trying to think which I can't do when there is noise and fast motion around me. 2nd reason I have learned I need to plan to spend a 1/2 hour in the checkout lane. There is usually just one register open and the cashier will wait till there is a huge line backed up before announcing he/she needs help while there are plenty of floor staff laughing and having a good time while the customers are stressed they are going to be late to the next place they are suppose to be. I'm complaining cause happened yesterday to me . And when I finally checked out after I left I realized cashier over charged me $30 cause she was stressed cause not only did she have a huge line to deal with but got two phone calls she had to deal with. All this going on and Manger sees it when I come in to get my refund with still a long line and doesn't open another register. I have never been to a store with such bad service. I would rather they be fast and snippy than slow and friendly. It makes me feel like they don't care they are making me late. And that is offensive.
